Stampin’ Up! In The Pines Seasons Greetings Card

This card was made for the Spot Challenge #137 Color Challenge using Real Red, Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz. I chose to use the Stampin’ Up! In The Pines bundle for my card.

This card was made using:

  • Card Base: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ Mossy Meadow
  • Next Layer: 5 1/4″ x4″ Very Vanilla
  • Next Layer: 4 7/8″ x 3 1/4″ Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper
  • A piece of Mossy Meadow for die cutting
  • A piece of Pear pizzazz for die cutting
  • A piece Real Red for die cutting
  • A piece of Very Vanilla for stamping

Die Cutting and Stamping:

  • Die cut three rectangles measuring 1 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ — one each in Real Red, Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz using Stitched Rectangle Dies
  • Cut one Real Red rectangle 3 1/2″ x 1 1/4
  • Cut one Mossy Meadow rectangle 1″ x 3″
  • Cut one Pear Pizazz rectangle 3/4″ x 2 1/2″
  • Stamp one large and two medium trees from In The Pines Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow ink on Very Vanilla cardstock
  • Using water brush, paint the trees in Pear Pizzazz ink
  • Die cut the trees with the Pine Woods Dies
  • Stamp Seasons Greeting from In The Pines

Assembly:

  1. Adhere DSP to Very Vanilla
  2. Adhere the three die cut rectangles (Real Red, Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz)
  3. Adhere your 3/4″ x 2 1/2″ Pear Pizzazz rectangle to the 1″ x 3″ Mossy Meadow rectangle then adhere to the Real Red. Center on the bottom and adhere to card
  4. Adhere your trees to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals
