Stampin’ Up! Sending Joy Christmas Card – Joy to the World Paper Pumpkin Alternative

My October 2020 Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkin arrived in the mail and I was excited to play with it. Once I saw The Spot Challenge #133 — a color challenge using Rich Razzleberry, Pumpkin Pie and Pretty Peacock — I thought why not try.

The card was made using:

  • Card Base: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Scored at 4 1/4″ Razzleberry
  • Next Layer: 4″ x 5 1/4″ Pumpkin Pie
  • Next Layer: 2 1/2″ x 5″ Pretty Peacock plaid Designer Series Paper
  • Next Layer: 2 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ Whisper Wight
  • Rectangle: 2 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ Whisper Wight for sentiment
  • scrap Whisper Wight 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
  • Inside: 4″ x 5 1/4″

Stamping

  1. Stamp Flowers from the Paper Pumpkin on 2 1/4″ x 4″ Whisper Wight using Pretty Peacock ink I than colored them with Pumpkin Pie water color pencil
  2. Stamp sediment on Whisper Wight in Razzelberry . Die cut out
  3. stamp bow (i used one from Curvy Christmas) In Razzelberry collard with Pretty Peacock. (fussy Cut )

Assembly

  • Adher your plaid DSP to Pumkin Pie
  • Adhere your Flower piece to DSP
  • Adhere your sentiment from the Paper Pumpkin
  • Adhere your bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals
  • Adhere you inside panel
